PBA were approached by a long-standing client to renovate their newly purchased house in Kensington. The house required a complete refurbishment having been largely untouched for the last thirty years. This time capsule had fantastic bones but needed some significant interventions to suit the needs of the new owner and their family. These changes included reinterpreting the outdated room arrangement, a replacement rear extension, complete reservicing and introducing additional bathrooms. The scheme also looked at a phased approach to, and preparation for, introducing a mansard extension in the future.
