We are delighted to have won the Georgian Group’s Award for the Restoration of a Georgian Country House for Radbourne Hall in Derbyshire. This was a wonderful opportunity to repair and conserve an exceptional Grade I house by William Smith of Warwick, and to gently adjust it to 21st-century living. Our major intervention was to add a new stone staircase on the north front to give access from the Saloon on the piano nobile to the park.

Our thanks go to all the other consultants and contractors who helped us along the way, but most of all of course to our Client for inviting us to work on the house and being closely involved throughout the process, making it very much a team effort.
